Caroline Ruth Day

Amy(my sister) and Matt welcomed sweet Baby Caroline on October 18. Last weekend I flew down to meet her and enjoyed some time with her big sister and brother.

Addyson's Birthday Day 2

Since Addyson LOVES animals, we decided that she would LOVE going to the zoo. So the Sunday before her actual birthday we met Aunt Angela and went to the zoo. She had a wonderful time and as you can tell she's getting her "cheese" smile down pat!!

Addyson Turns 2- Day ONE

We like to spread birhdays out around here. On Tuesday Addyson will be TWO, but we decided to go ahead and kick off the celebration today. We gave her the "big" birthday present and let her break it in. She loved it- she giggled and squealed the first 10 minutes at least!!

State Swim Banquet

This banquet is by invitation only and only the top 5 swimmers in each event for each age group are invited. Ryan Lochte (Olympic swimmer) was the guest speaker. The banquet was held in Jackson. I was really proud that both of my swimmers received this honor!!

Lake Tiak O'khata

This weekend we met the Dinkelackers and the Fords at Lake Tiak O'khata. This is a lake with diving boards, water slides, and pedal boats. We had a picnic lunch and a wonderful dinner at the lake restaurant. It was a perfect summer afternoon and only thirty minutes from our house!!
